Senior Property Accountant – North Dallas | Up to $105K + Bonus + Profit Sharing
Unity Search has partnered with a reputable real estate firm in far North Dallas to find a Senior Property Accountant. This company is known for its incredible culture and exceptional benefits, including profit sharing, 401(k) match, wellness reimbursements, casual dress (jeans!), summer hours, and more.

What We're Looking For:
Compensation: Up to $105K base, plus solid bonus potential and profit sharing
Unity Search has partnered with a reputable real estate firm in far North Dallas to find a Senior Property Accountant. Role Highlights:
- Full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Expense participation billing, budgeting, and reconciliations
- Lease review for a portfolio of 8–10 commercial properties
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Background in public accounting with real estate/private equity clients or real estate industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum 18 accounting hours required)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Compensation: Up to $105K base, plus solid bonus potential and profit sharing
