Job Description
This large, privately held, and diversified holding company has partnered with Unity Search in search of a Senior Strategic Financial Analyst. Our client has a strong tenured team with an awesome culture! Highly visible with executive presence.
Some of the primary responsibilities include:
- Supports Company executive leadership in the review of strategic opportunities, potential investments, and capital expenditures.
- Monitors business trends, assists in assessing general business risks and creates financial models that assist in predicting outcomes.
- Research and analysis will be the foundation of this position and will involve the ability to bring details of research together for executive review and decision making.
- While hands-on, this individual will also participate in strategic planning and growth discussions with senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or similar; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in development or business/financial analysis as well as due diligence and merger and acquisition experience
- Executive presence with excellent communication skills
