Job Description

Unity Search has partnered with an Energy Company in North Houston to hire a Tax Senior.

This is a newly created position that will focus on international tax, tax provisions, and partnership tax work. It is a well-rounded, challenging role!

The person in this role will:
 
  • Review the corporate and partnership tax returns.
  • Review the quarterly and annual tax provisions.
  • Calculate and analyze the Foreign Tax Credits and review Form 1118.
  • Work on special projects.
???????This role will be part of a close-knit team tax with a growing company that just made a large acquisition!
