Senior Tax Analyst
Job Description
Senior Tax Accountant – Manufacturing – West Houston – 2 WFH Days Per Week
- Prepare corporate tax returns including consolidated Form 1120
- Prepare Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865
- Work on Form 1118 for FTCs and perform CFC stock basis, tax basis, and interest expense allocation calculations
- Conduct tax research and draft technical memos for domestic and international tax issues including tax planning, M&A, and special transactions projects
- Assist with various tax audits and document requests from taxing authorities
- Company offers generous paid time off policy including PTO days for volunteer activities
- Retirement benefits include a 401k plan with 4% match plus additional profit-sharing contribution from the company
