Senior Tax Analyst

Job Description

- Review corporate tax returns prepared by outside service provider
- Prepare workpapers and perform needed analysis for tax returns
- Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provision workpapers and perform analysis of perm/temp differences, reconciliations, etc.
- Work on income tax audits by responding to tax inquiries and assessments, performing technical analysis and research and gathering information as needed
- Participate in special projects and technical research for business transactions, special initiatives, and tax planning/strategy
