Senior Tax Consultant
Job Description
UNITY has partnered with a global organization seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with a combination of public tax accounting and international experience. This role is at the intersection of tax, treasury and transfer pricing. Partnering with the Treasurer and Head of Global Tax, this role is ideal for someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration, project ownership and hands-on problem solving across a complex international structure.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with multiple transfer pricing projects which include being the point of contact for Big 4 advisors, reviewing calculations and reports.
- Lead cash movement projects through the global structure in partnership with Treasury, Tax and Big 4 advisors.
- Collaborate on tax modeling related to GILTI, foreign tax credit optimization for international transactions.
- Act as a strategic resource to senior leadership, supporting cross-border structuring and capital flow planning.
Experience:
- Big 4 tax foundation
- CPA
- International Director level experience
- Transfer Pricing fundamental knowledge
- Combination of tax and treasury experience
