Sourcing Specialist

Job Description
We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our growing team on a contract basis (with high potential to convert to permanent). In this strategic role, you'll play a vital role in identifying qualified vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth project execution.
What You'll Do:
- Manage vendor onboarding, negotiating contracts, and securing the best possible terms for the company (budget funding).
- Actively source and identify qualified vendors to meet project needs
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets, RFPs, and bid analyses
- Coordinate pre-construction and post-construction meetings with vendors and internal teams
- Assist in resolving project issues
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in procurement or a related field
- Experience in the real estate industry (MUST)
- Excellent at written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Yardi
