This opportunity offers significant growth potential, exceptional (fully paid) medical premiums, a young/family oriented culture, a great work/life balance, and the opportunity to gain experience with very unique investment types. This opportunity will be temporarily remote until roughly August 2024, when their brand new Fort Worth office will open its doors. Depending on experience, compensation will go up to a base of 85k + bonus.

Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a family investment office located in Fort Worth that is looking to add a Staff Accountant to join their team. This opportunity offers significant growth potential, exceptional (fully paid) medical premiums, a young/family oriented culture, a great work/life balance, and the opportunity to gain experience with very unique investment types. This opportunity will be temporarily remote until roughly August 2024, when their brand new Fort Worth office will open its doors. Depending on experience, compensation will go up to a base of 85k + bonus.
Some responsibilities are:
- Month-end close and financial reporting for multiple PE investments and assigned partnerships
- Maintain a working understanding of the partnership agreements(s) and apply the terms to the financial reporting and the income and expense allocations
- Assist with cash flow operations, including forecasting
- Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed
- Produce quarterly P&L and Balance Sheets
- Work on Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Some requirements are:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance Required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 3-4 year-end busy-seasons in Big 4 audit
- Advanced knowledge in excel
