Job Description

Tax Analyst II – Environmental – Downtown Houston – 2 WFH days/week
  • Support the preparation and documentation of quarterly and yearly income tax provisions in line with ASC 740
  • Provide assistance with the management of ASC 740-10 reserves and ensure compliance with SOX 404 controls
  • Aid in compiling and reviewing State and Local Income Tax Returns for timely filing
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the tax-basis balance sheet
  • Help facilitate the calculation and submission of quarterly estimated tax payments at the state level
