Job Description
Tax Analyst II – Environmental – Downtown Houston – 2 WFH days/week
- Support the preparation and documentation of quarterly and yearly income tax provisions in line with ASC 740
- Provide assistance with the management of ASC 740-10 reserves and ensure compliance with SOX 404 controls
- Aid in compiling and reviewing State and Local Income Tax Returns for timely filing
- Contribute to the preparation and analysis of the tax-basis balance sheet
- Help facilitate the calculation and submission of quarterly estimated tax payments at the state level
