Job Description
- Oilfield services company looking for 2+ years of corporate tax experience
- Perform account analysis, prepare monthly roll-forward, and reconcile tax accounts
- Assist in the preparation of schedules for the quarterly and annual ASC 740 computations
- Assist in preparing the US federal consolidated tax return
- Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments
- Tax research projects involving various US, federal and international tax issues
- Maintain the fixed asset tax basis asset ledger
- This role has great work/life balance with very little overtime and no weekends or late nights
