Job Description
- Prepare federal and state tax returns
- Prepare the federal and state tax provisions for consolidated and separate company financial reporting requirements, including permanent and temporary differences, tax attributes, tax basis balance sheet, and return to provision calculations
- Track state tax attributes including state NOLs and valuation allowance
- Assist in gathering data for state tax audits and respond to state tax notices
- 401k plan with company match and immediate vesting
- The company has a diverse stream of income and has paid bonuses (company-wide) in the past few years
