Job Description
Large publicly traded company in the DFW area is looking to add another Tax Counsel to their team as a result of growth and recent acquisitions.
- Tax Counsel will focus on tax controversy, M&A, tax planning and all aspects of tax transactions
- Role offers tremendous growth opportunity
- Company offers a great work life balance, hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office
- Very sharp tax group where tax is a big driver for new projects
- Requires 2+ years minimum from a law firm, large company or Big 4 firm
- Compensation for this role includes strong base salary, large bonus that typically pays out above target, equity and 100% match on 401K
