Our client is seeking a Tax Automation Consultant for a sales tax engine implementation. This full-time contract role (3–6 months) will support tax matrix development, system integration, and cleanup efforts following a sales tax audit. Candidates must be comfortable navigating large data sets and working cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build sales tax matrix for engine setup.
• Support OneSource + CertifyTAX AI implementation into NetSuite.
• Update GL codes and transactional mapping.
• Draft SOPs and support internal change management.
• Collaborate with tax advisors and project stakeholders.
• Assist in audit remediation and compliance prep

Requirements:

• Education/Certification: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Years of Experience: 5+ years in tax, accounting, or implementation support.
• Skills: Sales/use tax, strong Excel, project management, NetSuite exposure, excellent communication.

Software: NetSuite, OneSource, CertifyTAX AI
Interview: Interview Process: One round with CFO and VP of Finance.
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, hybrid and 3–6 month contract.
