Senior Tax Accountant - International
Job Description
Unity Search is working with a Services Company to hire an International Tax Senior. This is a newly created role due to growth. Their corporate office is located in the central Houston area; however, they offer a primarily remote schedule with the option to work in the office as desired!
The primary responsibilities are:
The primary responsibilities are:
- Prepare US international tax returns including Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865
- Assist with annual and quarterly international tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740
- Assist with the calculation of Pillar 2 filings and registrations
- Participate in special projects, support tax audits, assist with country-by-country reporting and transfer pricing responsibilities
- An unlimited PTO policy
- Their office closes for 2 weeks at the end of December
- Very flexible work schedule, primarily from home
- Jeans can be worn any day when you are in the office
- Focus on diversity and inclusion
