If you live in North Houston and have a state income and franchise tax background, this role is for you! Our long-time client is looking for 7-8+ years of experience in the state income and franchise tax area.
You will be doing:
If you live in North Houston and have a state income and franchise tax background, this role is for you! Our long-time client is looking for 7-8+ years of experience in the state income and franchise tax area.
You will be doing:
- Preparation of state and local income and franchise tax returns
- Preparation of quarterly and year-end state tax provisions
- Managing state income and franchise tax audits
- Conducting tax research and advising on complex state tax issues
- A hybrid work schedule with 1 day per week from home
- A very hands-off management style with a lot of autonomy
