Job Description

Unity Search has partnered with a global, publicly traded company to hire a VP of Income Tax Accounting professional. This newly created position will lead the company’s foreign and domestic income tax reporting and global ASC 740 compliance processes.

Specific duties include providing day-to-day leadership and direction for all global ASC 740 tax functions; review of the quarterly and annual income tax provisions; responsibility for SOX compliance; leading special projects; managing relationships with internal teams and external consultants; and managing/mentoring the tax provision team.
