Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a global $4B industry leader to recruit an International Tax Senior. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative tax group that values both professional growth and work-life balance. The International Tax Senior will play a key role in supporting U.S. international federal and state tax compliance, provision, planning, and special projects. This position offers hands-on training, exposure to global operations, and the ability to work on complex and meaningful tax initiatives.

- Assist with U.S. international federal and state tax compliance and reporting
- Support tax provision preparation and review
- Participate in tax planning and special projects across global entities
- Collaborate with a sharp, experienced tax team and external advisors
- Utilize OneSource and other tax technology tools to streamline processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA preferred
- 2+ years of international tax experience (public accounting or corporate tax)
- Working knowledge of OneSource or similar income tax software
- Experience with Alteryx and/or HFM a plus
