International Tax Senior Manager - Northwest Houston
- Reports directly to VP of Tax
- Manages all aspects of the U.S. impacts of international tax for the company
- Works with outside firms to prepare and review international income tax returns and workpapers and ensure compliance
- Provides support for various tax planning initiatives and continually strive to improve processes and assist with implementing best practices
- Assists with Merger & Acquisition structuring and due diligence analysis
