Unity Search has exclusively partnered with a very reputable healthcare company searching for a Senior Accounting Manager. This company offers strong exposure and a great central location. Here’s more details about the role:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in the annual planning cycle, long-term planning process, forecasting & monthly reporting
- Create and maintain critical financial reports, processes, and analytical tools in alignment with the organizational and departmental goals and objectives
- Lead the preparation of financial reporting packages to management, equity backers, lenders, etc..
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and create additional financial models to meet forecasting needs
- Ad Hoc reporting as needed to identify and highlight business trends
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field (master’s a plus).
- 6 or more years of progressive accounting experience (public foundation preferred)
- Experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical practice management preferred.
- Netsuite exposure strongly preferred
- Multi-unit accounting experience required
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or similar query tools required
