Job Description

UNITY has been engaged to help a recently placed CFO find his “right hand.” Our client is a unique and growing PE firm in Austin.

Are you passionate about improving processes and increasing productivity? Are you looking to grow your career and join a high performing leadership team? Look no further!

As an Accounting Manager you will be responsible for the following:

Full cycle accounting for two service-based portfolio companies.
Identify areas for process improvement and increased productivity.
Assist with implementation of new accounting system.
Build and mentor accounting team.

Experience requirements:

CPA (or parts passed)
Big 4 background
Experience with PE or VC
