AP & Finance Operations Manager 

UNITY Search is conducting a confidential search for an experienced AP and Finance Operations leader at a rapidly growing, nationally distributed organization.

This is a genuine build-and-scale opportunity with real scope, real visibility, and real impact on how a high-growth platform manages its financial operations.

The Scope of the Role: $140M+ in annual vendor and expense spend. 23,000+ monthly transactions. A team of 12. Hundreds of locations nationwide. An AP platform migration underway. And a steady pipeline of acquisitions to integrate.

What You'll Own:

• Full AP function — invoice processing, vendor payments, expense management, and month-end close support
• Leadership of an active platform migration, from planning through go-live
• Integration of newly acquired entities onto centralized AP and treasury processes
• KPI development, internal controls, and audit-ready reporting infrastructure
• Team development and org structure as the platform continues to grow

What We're Looking For:

• 5–7+ years in AP, accounting, or finance operations
• 3+ years managing teams in a high-volume transactional environment (15K+ monthly transactions preferred)
• Direct ownership of a system implementation or migration
• Multi-entity or multi-location experience strongly preferred
• High-growth or acquisition-driven background a significant advantage
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

Strong executive visibility, meaningful systems and process transformation work, and a leadership role with room to grow alongside the organization.
