Unity Search is partnering with an established professional services client in Uptown Dallas to find a detail-oriented and analytical Cash Management Specialist to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in cash operations and a strong understanding of cash management processes, preferably within a professional services environment. This role is responsible for managing daily cash operations, ensuring accurate reconciliation, and supporting treasury functions to optimize liquidity and financial reporting. 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform daily cash operations including wire transfers, ACH payments, internal fund transfers, and payment processing. 
• Monitor and manage cash positions across multiple accounts to ensure adequate liquidity. 
• Reconcile cash accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. 
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounting, and Investments teams on cash-related activities. 
• Assist in the preparation of cash forecasts and support treasury reporting requirements. 
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. 
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives within cash management functions. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or related finance roles. 
• Preferred experience in a professional services setting (accounting, consulting, legal, or similar industries). 
• Strong understanding of banking operations, payment processing, and cash reconciliation. 
• Proficiency with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
• High attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
