Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a strong Senior AR Specialist to support full-cycle Accounts Receivable operations in a fast-paced, project-based setting.
This highly visible role is ideal for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who thrives when managing complex billing structures, progressive project invoicing, and high-volume transactions.  The pay for this position will be in the $70K to $75K range.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor AR aging report.
• Play an active role in improving collections processes.
• Invoice clients and resolve disputes.

• Education/Certification: Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 hours of accounting courses.
• Years of Experience: 3+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience.
• Skills: Strong progressive billing in construction/manufacturing and collections.
• Software: ERP system experience preferred.
