Senior AR Specialist
Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a strong Senior AR Specialist to support full-cycle Accounts Receivable operations in a fast-paced, project-based setting.
This highly visible role is ideal for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who thrives when managing complex billing structures, progressive project invoicing, and high-volume transactions. The pay for this position will be in the $70K to $75K range.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor AR aging report.
- Play an active role in improving collections processes.
- Invoice clients and resolve disputes.
Requirements:
- Education/Certification: Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 hours of accounting courses.
- Years of Experience: 3+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience.
- Skills: Strong progressive billing in construction/manufacturing and collections.
- Software: ERP system experience preferred.
