Sr Manager Accounts Payable and Treasury
Job Description
UNITY is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.
You'll own end-to-end AP operations, global treasury, and cash forecasting while driving process improvements and leading a team of AP Analysts.
Attributes:
- Oversee invoice processing and payment runs; reduce days payable outstanding
- Monitor daily cash positions and manage domestic and international treasury operations
- Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts in partnership with Finance
- Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and account analyses
- Supervise and develop the AP team; set targets and conduct performance reviews
- Partner with Procurement on new tool implementation (NetSuite); drive automation and standardization
- 8+ years in treasury, AP, or corporate finance; 3+ years managing a team
- Hands-on experience with TMS and ERP platforms (NetSuite a plus)
- Strong grasp of cash forecasting, banking relationships, and AP controls
- CTP or CPA preferred
