Senior Accountant - External Reporting
Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a well-established, publicly traded organization is seeking an accounting professional to support SEC reporting and external financial disclosures in a collaborative, high-performing finance team. This role will play a key part in quarterly and annual filings, financial statement preparation, and technical accounting initiatives while partnering cross-functionally across finance, legal, tax, and investor-related teams.
Responsibilities include supporting SEC filings, researching and implementing accounting and reporting standards, preparing financial statement disclosures and analyses, and coordinating with external auditors. The position will also contribute to month-end close activities, cash flow reporting, and earnings-related calculations within a structured yet growth-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Public accounting and SEC reporting experience are highly valued.
