- Opportunity to help establish a new system and work with great leadership
- Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models and modules related to sales incentive compensation (ICM), including logic for thresholds, accelerators, commission splits, bonuses, and Management by Objectives (MBOs).
- Serve as the primary Anaplan Administrator, managing user access, roles, permissions, and list maintenance across sales Performance Management models.
- Lead the monthly/quarterly commission calculation, validation, and reconciliation process within Anaplan, ensuring timely and accurate payout files for payroll.
- Oversee data integration and synchronization processes between Anaplan and source systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP)
- Continuously optimize model performance and efficiency, adhering to Anaplan best practices (D.I.S.C.O. / Planual).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Administrator.
- Proven expertise in building and managing Anaplan models for Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
- Anaplan Certification(s) highly preferred
- Strong understanding of sales compensation plan design principles, crediting rules, and the integration of Anaplan with core business systems (CRM, ERP).
