Job Description
Unity Search has partnered exclusively with a Central Dallas multi-location Healthcare company in its search for a new CFO. This opportunity is open due to the promotion of the current CFO to CEO. Role is truly blended and will entail accounting, finance, treasury, strategic management, revenue cycle oversight and leading a team.

Some requirements are:
- CPA strongly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Some exposure to finance a big plus
- Multi-unit exposure (healthcare, restaurant, or retail) experience required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Very strong communication and leadership skills
