Controller
Job Description
Unity Search has partnered with a design/service company, (who has experienced significant growth this past year), to find their next Controller. The Controller is a hands-on leadership role responsible for both accounting oversight and advanced financial management. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who can bridge accounting, finance, and banking relationships to support a rapidly growing organization.

Financial Planning, Cash Flow & Capital Management
Treasury, Banking & Lending Leadership
Operational & Strategic Partnership
Systems, Process Improvement & Scalability
Team Leadership
Ideally looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 4 years in a leadership/management role
- Proven experience in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and banking/lender relationships
- Experience managing credit facilities, borrowing base reporting, and covenant compliance
