Corporate Accounting Manager – North Dallas | Up to $125K + Bonus + Profit Sharing

Unity Search has partnered with a reputable real estate firm in far North Dallas to find a Corporate Accounting Manager. This company is known for its incredible culture and exceptional benefits, including profit sharing, 401(k) match, wellness reimbursements, casual dress (jeans!), summer hours, and more.
Role Highlights:
- Lead corporate accounting and financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations, income statement variance analysis, general ledger review, journal entries, tax-related schedules, and monthly executive reporting.
- Manage the annual corporate budgeting and reforecasting processes, including coordination with corporate departments, preparation of supporting schedules, and executive-level reporting.
- Oversee key corporate accounting activities and third-party resources, including commissions, corporate expenses and billings, family office allocations, P-Card administration, and general partner/association reporting.
- Manage treasury and day-to-day banking activities, including cash management, bank account administration, internal controls, bank exceptions, user access, banking fees, and other treasury matters.
- Monitor corporate liquidity and funding needs, including cash balances and monthly equity requests, while maintaining and enhancing related processes, procedures, and documentation.
- 5+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
- CPA or progress towards required
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (minimum 18 accounting hours required)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
- GAAP experience required
