Title: Corporate Controller

- Brand new real estate company, but has the backing of a very experienced long-term company (great blend of being very forward-thinking but having the structure of a well-established group)

- Responsible for general accounting functions including partnership accounting, treasury and cash responsibilities, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles and financial statements
- Ensure accounting is in accordance with GAAP
- Lead and review 7-8 direct reports who assist with basic accounting functions for the company
- Develop, implement, upgrade, and maintain processes and internal controls of the company
- Assist with annual audits and related reporting
- Assist with financial analysis including collecting, summarizing, and analyzing information and trends
- Assist with other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Accounting degree required
- CPA required
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Commercial Real Estate experience is preferred
170-200k + bonus + additional comp
