Tax Director - Services - Downtown Houston - JOB 7367
Join a global professional services company to serve as their Head of Tax and lead an in-house tax team with strong tenure.
Strong benefits include 401k plan with match, excellent parental leave policy, and a very flexible hybrid work schedule.
CPA and/or JD credentials along with in-depth knowledge of federal and international tax laws for large, complex partnerships are required.
Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Oversees the federal, multi-state, and international tax compliance process for partnerships and partner K-1s
- Advises on composite and pass-through entity tax elections, nonresident and foreign partner withholding, and responses to partner inquiries
- Manages all US and non-US tax audits and controversy matters
- Identifies and implements tax planning and strategic opportunities and advises C-suite on tax implications for transactions
