Unity Search is exclusively working with a PE-backed consumer services company in the home improvement sector to identify an Accounting Director. This role will report into senior finance leadership and manage all accounting activities including financial reporting, process enhancements, monthly close and ad hoc analyses to support growth for 2 different divisions of the company while also supervising staff. The Company offers high visibility to senior leadership, strong benefits and the ability to make an impact on a growing organization! The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience, including a foundation in public accounting and strong leadership skills; CPA is required.
