Job Description
FP&A Manager – depending on experience: $140-$155K + bonus
This prominent and fast-growing energy company in Fort Worth has partnered with Unity Search in search of an FP&A Manager. This FP&A Manager will play a key role in leading the company’s budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting functions while providing meaningful insights to support senior leadership decision-making. The position will partner closely with finance, accounting, and operational teams to understand key business drivers and enhance overall financial performance. This individual will also have the opportunity to help build and develop the FP&A function, including improving processes and mentoring junior team members.
Key selling points include direct exposure to the CFO, CAO, and executive leadership; the opportunity to build and shape the FP&A function; exposure to both domestic and international energy operations; and a unique combination of strategic finance, hands-on analysis, leadership, and technology/AI-driven process improvement.
The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with oil & gas industry experience required and upstream/E&P experience strongly preferred. Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting experience is important, along with advanced Excel skills, strong systems aptitude, and prior experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
