Job Description
Location: Coppell/Las Colinas, TX
Unity Search has partnered with a fast-growing retail organization in their search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will be a key member of the FP&A team and assist in various forecasting and cross functional initiatives.
What you’ll do:

Lead key FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and recurring KPI reporting to drive data-backed decisions.

Perform financial and P&L variance analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate month-end results and clear performance insights.

Support strategic and ad-hoc projects while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate core Finance processes.
