- Develop and maintain expense, revenue, and margin forecasts and budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Variance analysis of forecast vs. actual expense, revenue, and margin.
- Prepare annual budget in accordance with parent company schedule.
- Track headcount activity
- Oversee monthly cost center activity within SAP, ensuring ledger accuracy, completing required month-end processes and escalating issues when necessary
- Partner with purchasing to ensure proper coding of purchase requisitions and POs for cost center and account numbers.
- Support cost center managers to review and interpret monthly financial performance.
- Prepare monthly commission calculations and related reporting
- Provide cost insight into management and finance.
- Preparation of month-end reporting packages.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4-5+ years of experience in either financial analysis or cost accounting
- Proficiency in SAP FI/CO
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA a plus
- Expert MS Excel skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and their integration with sales processes.
