FP&A Manager – Highly respected, stable and well-known real estate developer – Uptown/Downtown Dallas
Unity has partnered with a highly respected, stable and well-known real estate developer in Central Dallas to identify an FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role within a well-capitalized, entrepreneurial organization that truly values work/life balance and invests in its people.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s financial planning and performance reporting capabilities. Building on an established foundation of tools, metrics, and systems, this role will lead the analysis and communication of key financial and operational insights and partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across finance, operations, legal, and investment-related functions. The position will also play a key role in advancing reporting capabilities through continued systems optimization, automation, and data visualization.

- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analytics, capital markets, or related finance roles
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI development experience
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders and clearly communicate financial insights
- Experience improving and scaling reporting, analytics, automation, and data visualization tools
- Advanced Excel required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, QuickBase, OneStream, and/or Python is strongly preferred (minimum, PowerBI and Python are non-negotiable)
- Real estate, development, or investment-oriented experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred
- This person should be highly polished and open to 100% in-person role
