- Build and update financial models to forecast future results and provide insight on trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Own the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes for the business unit
- Perform detailed variance analysis comparing plan and forecast to actual results, with a focus on closing performance gaps
- Assess capital expenditure proposals to ensure investments align with strategic priorities and deliver strong returns
- Create and manage financial KPIs, reports, and dashboards to communicate performance to senior leadership
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Execute month-end close responsibilities, ensuring accurate expense recognition and providing analytical support
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and special initiatives as required
- Review financial results, identify key trends, and apply sound judgment to recommend actions
- Partner with the Director of Finance to align business unit goals with divisional and corporate strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required
- 3+ years of finance experience
- Proficient with SAP & Excel
- Energetic, naturally inquisitive and proactive individual
- $90k-$100k + Discretionary bonus
