Job Description

UNITY has partnered with industrial distribution and services organization to identify a Post-Integration Financial Business Manager to join the acquisition team.  This is a highly visible role focused on leading post-acquisition efforts across newly acquired businesses.  You will be working with senior leadership to ensure seamless financial and operations transitions, supporting the company’s continued growth through strategic acquisitions.

Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with post-integration in a complex environment.
  • Proven record of leading successful acquisition integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship building abilities, with the capability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role and be on-site 5 days a week.
  • Project management experience a plus.
