- Lead and manage the accounting department, including AP / AR, payroll, benefits, draws, and general ledger
- Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements, job costing, and management reports
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting on projects
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support leadership in strategic planning
- Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
Requirements:
- 4-10 years of accounting experience
- Servant hearted, great attitude, attention to detail are ALL huge here!
- Strong organizational skills
- $95-130k + disc bonus
