Unity Search has partnered with growing Oil and Gas services company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a professional looking to take ownership of critical financial processes and lead a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the monthly closing checklist and process.
- Review accounting entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of senior and staff accountants.
- Proven experience in full-cycle accounting, preferably within industries involving heavy equipment or inventory.
- 2-3 years of managerial experience, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- CPA certification is preferred but not required.
- A collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Exposure to diverse financial tasks beyond routine close processes.
- Flexible work arrangements, including some remote work possibilities and core office hours.
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus
- Generous Paid Time Off.
