UNITY has partnered with a well-established, 30+ year family office in Northwest Houston to identify a Senior Accountant for a newly created role. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position where you’ll help build the foundation of the accounting function while gaining exposure to broader finance initiatives.

- Newly created position with the opportunity to build processes, controls, and structure from the ground up
- Direct exposure to leadership and involvement in special projects and financial decision-making
- Broad scope across accounting and finance (not a siloed role)
- Stable, long-standing organization with a strong track record
- Hybrid schedule (3 days in / 2 remote)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA or CPA-track (parts passed strongly preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks and strong Excel skills
- Blend of accounting and finance experience (analysis, reporting, or project work)
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate in a hands-on, evolving environment
