Job Description

UNITY is working with a rapidly growing company in the Biotechnology industry to identify a Corporate Accountant to join their growing accounting team.  This is an opportunity to be part of a high-impact Finance & Accounting team driving the company’s growth.  In this role you ‘ll lead key accounting functions including the monthly close, quarterly reporting, and internal controls, while also driving ERP implementation and process improvements.  You’ll collaborate across teams, support audits and investor reporting, and play a hands-on role in building scalable finance operations for a high-growth company.

Attributes:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with accounting.   
  • Hands-on ERP implementation and internal controls background.
  • CPA and public accounting experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or QuickBooks a plus, and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and natural drive to learn and grow, able to effectively influence across functions and levels.
