Job Description

- Oversee and coordinate the audit and tax preparation processes in partnership with external advisors
- Support the preparation of capital call, distribution, and allocation data for investors
- Manage and track portfolio company financings with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Monitor cash flow and assist with cash forecasting activities
- Contribute to quarterly reporting packages for Limited Partners
- Maintain and update investor records within third-party reporting and accounting systems
- Travel locally to portfolio companies or client sites as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
- CPA preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or equivalent professional experience
- Prior private equity or venture capital exposure and knowledge of partnership accounting preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication
