Job Description

Unity has partnered with a growing industrial services/distribution company in the Irving area as they search for an Assistant Controller. This is a newly created role due to the growth of the company following several acquisitions.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting responsibilities (journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, analysis, external audit support, etc.) and will also support M&A integrations, budgeting, and tax. This role will offer strong growth opportunities as the company continues to expand.

The successful candidate will have 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably comprised of a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting, as well as exceptional communication and executive presence, and a hunger for growth.

Compensation will be around $115k - $140k base + 15% target bonus.
