Job Description

Treasury Manager – On-Site San Antonio

UNITY has partnered with a global private investment firm in San Antonio with more than $60B AUM, that is looking to add a Treasury Manager. This role will lead daily cash management and treasury operations. You will oversee cash positioning, bank administration, fraud monitoring, and reporting while managing and developing a team of 2-3. The position will play a critical role in safeguarding liquidity, supporting property and investment transactions, and ensuring accuracy in all cash-related functions.

Attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cash management/treasury operations.
Prior leadership experience managing treasury staff and functions.
Hands-on experience with ACH/wire transfers and bank account reconciliations.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in San Antonio, TX and willingness to work onsite full-time.
