Unity Search has partnered with a private equity-backed, high-growth technology company in North Dallas in its search for a Financial Reporting Manager. This individual will work closely with the Corporate Controller and CFO to help ensure financial reporting materials are prepared timely and accurately in accordance with US GAAP. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
This is a hybrid position in office 3 days per week. The company offers excellent benefits, including generous PTO, 16 holidays, a 6% 401(k) match, strong health benefits, and paid parental leave. Compensation is targeted around $145K–$155K base + bonus.

- Work closely with Controller to prepare quarterly and annual filings
- Act as the subject matter expert on technical accounting issues
- Oversee proper accounting & reporting in high growth environment
- Research/monitor new and proposed GAAP accounting guidance
- Liaise with external auditors
- Perform various special, strategic and financial planning projects
