Global Tax Accounting Director
Job Description
Unity Search has been retained by a large, multi-national company headquartered in DFW to assist in their search for a Director - Tax Accounting. This role will be responsible for:
Key Highlights / Benefits:
- Leading the global tax accounting function, including ASC 740 provision, ETR, FIN 48, deferred taxes, and SEC reporting.
- Oversee complex international tax accounting matters, including Pillar Two, CAMT, GILTI/NCTI, Subpart F, and FTCs.
- Partner with the CFO, FP&A, Accounting, and external auditors on forecasting and technical tax matters.
- Drive tax technology, automation, AI, and process improvements while transitioning the provision process in-house.
- Ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience, deep ASC 740 expertise, and a strong change mindset.
