Job Description

UNITY Search is partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm to find an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR and payroll operations for our West Houston client (inside the inner loop). This is a newly created role reporting directly to the CFO, offering a chance to build structure, drive compliance, and shape the HR function for the future.
