Interim Director of FP&A
Job Description
We are seeking an Interim Director of FP&A for our client to lead the FY2027 budgeting process and support enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and business leaders to develop budgets, driver-based forecasts, Workforce planning models, and executive reporting while helping improve planning processes and reporting capabilities.
Attributes:
- Lead the FY2027 budgeting process across all functional departments
- Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Develop driver-based financial models, headcount planning, and compensation/bonus models
- Prepare executive reporting, variance analysis, and profitability reporting
- Improve budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Strong FP&A leadership experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling required
- SmartView experience is required (must-have)
- Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) and Oracle Workforce Planning Module required
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent communication required
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions
