Job Description
Lead Tax Analyst – Energy – Downtown Houston (#7358)
- Reports to the Director of Tax and serves as a key technical contributor within the Accounting and Tax department
- Responsible for researching, evaluating, planning, and documenting the Company’s tax positions across federal, state, and international jurisdictions
- Own transfer pricing documentation for cross-border intercompany transactions, monitor and support planning and compliance related to OECD Pillar Two rules
- Positioned for future promotability into Tax Manager
- Great work-life balance with 40-hour work weeks outside of January with some overtime at quarter-close periods
- PTO benefits include 48 hours of sick time, 9 holidays with 2 additional floating holidays, and vacation time based on years of experience (4 weeks for 5-10 years, 5 weeks for 10+ years)
